Iconic band Uncle Monkey have become a Wellington institution and have recently celebrated 25-years together! The band has been performing that entire time continuously with the same members. This is testament to their popularity among the public and their longevity in the music industry. During this time, Uncle Monkey has released two albums of original music to critical acclaim. Their career has seen them perform numerous festivals, corporate events and weddings, delivering a party atmosphere with their brand of popular covers wherever they go.

This has seen them perform nationwide and internationally as far away as the UK, USA and Australia. They have shared the stage with some of this country's biggest names including Dave Dobbyn, Jordan Luck, Zed, Frankie Stevens and many others. They continue to travel around New Zealand for shows, and most recently were guests in the Chatham Islands for their 2020 Community Festival in March.
